There are a number of things you can check if you are concerned that your test kit hasn't arrived:
- Ensure the postal address is correct on your booking
- Check the Tracking number with the Royal Mail
- Has it been four working days since you purchased your test kits?
- Could the parcel have been left somewhere else such as in your porch, with a neighbour or by the back door?
