You will not be refunded if you choose not to attend your testing appointment once you have registered and paid.
If your cancellation is outside of your control, such as the flight is cancelled, you will be able to claim a refund. In order to request a refund request please contact us HERE
We will only consider a refund to the value of the services you requested (the cost of the test/s). We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss e.g. missed flights or hotel costs
