There are two scenarios that can lead to an invalid QR code:
- Firstly, it could have expired. Your test result certificate will be valid and kept for 10 days from the time of testing. After this the QR code will not work.
- The second reason is an indication of a data entry error for your result. If this is the case, you should have received a new test result notification email and a new QR code. You will be contacted by our Customer Services team to explain further.
