Many destinations require proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of flight departure (or less). The type of tests we offer are the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) PCR test and the IgM antibody test – you will need to check what is required and accepted by your destination country.
Regulations and restrictions are changing constantly, so please check your airline website or destination government website for the latest entry requirements and documentation required for your destination country before booking a test and travelling.

It depends on your location of departure. If you are flying from Singapore, the PCR test certificate is valid certification for entry.
If you are departing from Hong Kong (SAR), Indonesia or Malaysia, you will need to have the PCR certificate endorsed by a doctor. You can find more details and the form for endorsement at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website: https://www.mofa.go.jp/ca/fna/page25e_000334.html
If you are travelling from the UK, the PCR test certificate will include the doctor’s signature, therefore additional endorsement is not required.
